Steep short slopes, continuous obstacles and low-speed high-tech curves impose strict requirements on the track quality – the soil moisture content must be maintained at 8-12%, the compaction density at 85-90%, the ground must neither collapse nor have sufficient grip. When extreme sports meet major national equipment, it is undoubtedly a severe test for the equipment needed to build the racetrack. The stability of the equipment is the key to the maintenance of the competition venue during the competition. As the track can be rapidly damaged due to frequent landing impacts, it needs to be repaired every 20 to 30 minutes.
XCMG equipment is always on standby. After each round of the competition, it immediately enters the track for maintenance to create a safe and stable competition environment for the contestants. The working combination of a skid steer loader equipped with a loosening rake and a bucket performs exceptionally well in repairing racetracks and restoring elastic ground surfaces.
